Seriously. For me, the biggest change came when I started taking regular (daily!) 10-15 minute breaks.

And it works best when you find someone whose words can ease your mind while you simply listen.

Your state of rest affects everything:

  • what you choose to eat
  • how you show up for your loved ones
  • whether you can smile at
    that girl in the mirror
  • what you’re willing to try
  • what you set out to achieve
  • what you accomplish … and:
  • whether you make it onto the mat
