Can you picture a life
where you have a handle on your back pain?
where you feel strong enough to face the constant challenges of family, job, and health?
where you have the peace of mind to choose your battles?
… at least some of the time?
My System: Little OM, Large Mmmmm…
Easy on the Back
Strength & Stretch
Ultimate Serenity
Bad news:
It only works when you do the work
Good news:
You can start with relaxation first
Ultimate Serentity: Your Permission to Take a Break
Seriously. For me, the biggest change came when I started taking regular (daily!) 10-15 minute breaks.
And it works best when you find someone whose words can ease your mind while you simply listen.
Your state of rest affects everything:
- what you choose to eat
- how you show up for your loved ones
- whether you can smile at
that girl in the mirror - what you’re willing to try
- what you set out to achieve
- what you accomplish … and:
- whether you make it onto the mat
Releasing Soon: Anchor in Your Breath
Your Free 15 min Audio Relaxation

I always feel better after each session with Susanne.
Grateful for that!
Bad news:
You need strength training.
Good news:
You can make stepping onto your mat a breeze. Once there, everything starts to fall into place.
Easy on the Back: Your Effortless Route to the Mat
- Approach your mat seamlessly
- Immediate pain relief within reach
- Adapt seated exercises to a chair or wall
- Add further ease by cozy blanket padding in kneeling exercises
From my experience, I’d say:
Give it a go!
Bad news:
More is better
Good news:
“Everyday a little something” can go a long way. And rest counts, too!

Say Hello to Susanne
I’m a firm believer that yoga has something to offer everyone—it’s just a matter of discovering the right fit.
Yoga has provided me with the essential tools to navigate life more effortlessly, and I’m eager to pass on the benefits.
I bought my first yoga book in 1999 and completed my initial yoga teacher training in 2020. Since then, I’ve been teaching in Berlin and online, catering to both groups and private sessions.
Maybe we’ll have a chance to meet?
